Chicken Breasts in the Big Easy

First time trying chicken breasts in the Char-Broil Big Easy and I as not disappointed! They were packed with flavour from the injection and the rub, and super juicy and tender.

I took 4 skin-on, bone-in chicken breasts and injected them with Cajun Injector’s Honey Bacon BBQ Marinade.
Then I coated them with Pampered Chef’s Korean BBQ Rub, and then into the Big Easy they went.
They cooked for about 35 minutes to a perfect 165 IT and came out perfect! We had leftovers the next day and Tracey said they were just as amazing as the night we made them.
